Parking Disclaimer & Facility Policies

While we take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Management is not liable for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, weather, or any other cause while the vehicle is on-site. We are also not responsible for any items left inside vehicles. No employee is authorized to alter or expand this policy. Any claims for adjustment must be made before the vehicle is removed from the premises. Vehicles that are driven, called for, or delivered are done so at the owner’s risk, and any driver acts solely as the owner’s agent.

Additional Policies

    • No refunds or exchanges on parking or RV reservations
    • No pets allowed during organized events or overnight camping
    • All proceeds from parking go directly toward the maintenance and improvement of the park

A: Plante’s Ferry is a county park leased to a non-profit organization that handles its upkeep. Parking fees help fund ongoing maintenance and improvements to keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone.

RV Parking Policies & Guidelines

Overnight RV parking is available for select athletic tournaments hosted at Plante’s Ferry Complex. The following rules and policies apply:

What Qualifies as an RV?

Includes, but is not limited to:

  • Class A Motorhomes
  • Class B Motorhomes
  • Class C Motorhomes
  • Travel Trailers
  • Fifth-Wheel Trailers
  • Pop-up Trailers
  • Truck Campers

RV Parking Rules & Regulations

  • RV parking is only allowed for approved tournaments. Not all events qualify. Approval is at the sole discretion of Spokane Rapids.
  • Advance payment is required.
    • All RVs must:
      • Submit payment before arrival
      • Display a valid parking permit in the front window at all times
  • RV Parking Fee: $50 per night
    • RVs may begin parking the morning of the first tournament day (e.g., Friday morning for a Friday-start event)

Important Policies

  • Limited availability: Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
    ➤ No refunds will be issued due to limited space.
  • Improper or unauthorized parking will result in a ticket and fees.
  • Permits are non-transferable.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (per Spokane County noise ordinance)
  • Generators: Allowed only from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Dry camping only:
    • No water or electrical hookups
    • No dump station access
  • Open flames and BBQs are not allowed in the park or parking areas
  • No trash service provided for RV campers – Pack it in, pack it out.
  • No pets allowed during organized events or overnight camping for the safety and comfort of all guests.
  • Reservations must be made in advance.
