SIYBS Facility Rental Locations:

Rental Costs:

• Plantes Ferry and City of Spokane Valley Diamonds:

  • $25 per hour
  • $40 per field preparation

• Plantes Ferry Tournament:

  • $3,000 rental fee for 5 diamonds (up to 2 days of use)
  • $350 per diamond per day (if not using the entire complex)
  • $50 field maintenance fee for each additional maintenance session during the event (required every 3 games)
  • Additional fees may apply for excess garbage or items left at the facility
